On November 22, from noon - 8 pm, The Projects/Space will transform into a site of emancipatory practice, as part of the nationwide Fall of Freedom.
Throughout the day, the Projects/Space artists will activate the galleries through a series of intimate installations that offer a glimpse into practices that insist that art is not a backdrop to political life but a practice of freedom itself.
The day will also offer a preview of the upcoming A Year of Emancipatory Practice. In 2026, The Projects/Space will host a series of small experiments with radical intent focused on imagination, experimentation, and communal healing. Throughout the year, artists, cultural workers, and other creative thinkers will come together to explore self-determination, collective care, and world-making through creative expression.
